Reactivity Rehabilitation
Whether you and your dog have been struggling with reactivity for weeks or years, Ella is able to help you throughout your journey in rehabilitating your dog back into the world. From barking and lunging (at dogs, people, cars etc), refusing to move, not wanting to go out or fear and aggression toward other dogs, we can set up a plan to help manage, and then modify their behaviour and responses.
Training for Walks
If your dog lacks recall, runs toward any dog they spot in the distance and pulls on the lead, this service is for you. Training for walks will cover any issues you are having on your little wanders (excluding reactivity), with a monthly training plan, clear instructions on how to train out of these undesired behaviours, and how to deal with them in the moment. As this is a fully personalised service, we cover the exact things you and your dog are struggling with.

Meeting Your Dog’s Needs
It can sometimes be difficult to know how to meet our dog’s breed-specific needs, and this service aims to help owners create a system that works well for both them and their pet. If you feel like your dog is struggling behaviorally, is bored or you simply feel like you want some security in knowing you are doing the right things, this service is for you. We aim to create a tailored plan that works for both you and your dog, making sure it is fun and engaging for everyone involved in their care.
Puppy School
Introducing a new puppy into the home is both exciting and overwhelming. It can feel like a bombardment of information coming your way. How you raise your puppy is personal to you, and with this service, we look at the lifestyle you want with them; is it coffee shops and being confident around city sounds, or solid recalls in pheasant season and calmness around other dogs? Whatever it is, we work from the ground up to turn that puppy into your dream dog.
Issues in the Home
Issues in the home can cover a myriad of doggy offences, including stealing items, ripping things up, barking at the door, counter surfing, not moving off furniture, crate refusals and inappropriate toileting. As this is a personalised service, where we take a deep dive into exactly what the issues are, where they could be stemming from and how we are going to manage and re-train them.
Prices Start at £60 per session
If you and your dog are facing more than one issue and you’d like to turn multiple difficult aspects of your life around with them, Ella can help you set out a plan for the future, helping you to create a life that is enjoyable for both you and your dog.
How does online training work?
I work with Google Meets for my initial calls with clients. During this hour-long call, we will go over just about every aspect of your dog’s life so that we can learn where we can make life easier for you both. We will also cover some basic handling skills, which is just the start of your journey into learning how best to respond to your dog’s behavioural issues. After this, those who have chosen monthly packages talk to me through WhatsApp messages, videos and voice notes, with the ability to send me questions and updates throughout the week. If we both feel you need a demo or any pointers, we can always arrange another video call to solidify our learning process.
Overall, this process is very flexible- the reason online dog training works so well is because dog trainers (good ones at least) don’t train dogs, we train humans. The goal is always for my owners to create the confidence and self-efficacy needed so that no matter what their dog throws at them, they know they can handle it, whether I am there or not.

The first thing we will go over the issues you and your dog are facing and what our goals are. After this, we will discuss just about everything to do with your dog, from health and fitness, the equipment you use on your walks, as well as their diet and daily routines. This makes sure we aren’t missing anything that your dog might need. We will then go over the specific issues and how to manage them, then how we are going to change the behaviour. You will be taught all the skills you need gradually over the weeks as not to overwhelm anyone. At the end of the session, we will go over our initial plan and how you feel. I will send you a training plan, and off we go!

Each dog/owner partnership is different, as are the issue they are facing. I will create a training plan for you and your dog so you will never have any surprises about what the contents of each session will be, unless I need to change it to meet your dog’s needs.

The length of time a ‘problem’ has been around isn’t always an indicator of the severity of it. Sometimes, all we have to do is show the dog another way to cope, but we will only know if we give it a go.
